Baule Bronze Musician Figure – Seperewa Player #5

Cast in Cote d’Ivoire by Baule tribesmen, this bronze figure uses the lost wax process, which insures that each figure is truly one-of-a-kind. Seperewa player is 4-1/2″ tall x 5″ wide.

Seperewa, also called a Seprewa or Sanku, is a harp-lute from Ghana. The Baule word for this stringed instrument is aloko.
